Zoi was so incredible from the moment I checked in. I was scheduled for an induction at 37 weeks because of high blood pressure, and I was so nervous about having to get a C-section. Zoi felt more like a friend I have had my entire life than a nurse who was there just doing her job. She talked me through every step and helped calm so many fears. When her shift was over, I was so sad that baby girl did not make her appearance, and I was still not dilated. Zoi gave me the encouragement I needed and told me she would be back for the night shift. I counted down for her return and was still laboring at that point. When Zoi came back, she got put on another pod and wasn't going to be my nurse, but came in to check on me and made sure she was there for my delivery of our baby girl. Watching back the footage from my birth and seeing her tear up in the corner and stand in and encourage me made me realize that this is not just a job to her but her calling. I am so thankful for her and will never forget the care she gave me and my baby girl.

Thank you, Zoi D, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
