Zsarina took care of my husband after he was admitted to CC. It was a scary time for both of us. She is obviously very knowledgeable, not just in how to provide excellent patient care but also in the hospital overall. She was dependable, compassionate, and frequently anticipated our needs. I witnessed one of her verbal reports to the doctors during morning rounds, and she was confident and succinct and answered all questions with an appropriate level of detail. During a very stressful time, because of Zsarina I never had to worry about the quality of care my husband was receiving, and I could focus on understanding my husband's treatment plan and making decisions to move forward.
