She takes the time to let her patients and family members know and understand the facts about their diagnosis, medications, additional services and follow up care. She goes the extra mile to ensure patients and family members are comfortable with the care she provides. Zumie is also the chair of the Critical Care Council. Without a doubt Zumie is the person whom you would want to take care of you or a family member if admitted or had a service performed in the hospital.
