I personally wanted to thank you and show my gratitude for receiving the DAISY Award. It is such an honor, and I sincerely appreciate the recognition my act of kindness has received. To be recognized for providing care and comfort to a dying patient who had no family at the bedside leaves me humbled and honored. Receiving this DAISY Award inspires me to continue to pursue my passion as an Emergency Room nurse. I hope I can continue to inspire nurses to show compassion and take that extra moment with their patients. This recognition will forever leave an impression on me throughout my career. I will do my best to continue to make a difference in everyone's lives. Thank you again for this truly wonderful honor.
