During a patient code event, she remained patient-focused, decisive and calm. As the Charge Nurse that night, she thought critically and communicated to the Code team efficiently and accurately in a high-stress situation.

She is an excellent preceptor who patiently and relentlessly works with new nurses to ensure that they start off their career shooting for excellence, not mediocrity.
