Erin went above and beyond in caring for an extremely ill patient. The patient became suddenly ill and had to undergo emergency surgery. He came out of the operating room with many ICU level needs. In addition to managing all of the patient's medical needs, she assisted physician providers with additional testing and lab work required for a clinical trial. Instead of being flustered or upset with the additional workload she was pleasant and cheerful. She handled a stressful situation with grace and compassion. After all of this, she was supportive of a very scared family. Erin's strength of character, work ethics and kindness is something we should all strive for. Thank you Erin.
