Felicia has been part of the IR team taking care of my father these last few months as he undergoes multiple therapies for his stage IV hepatocellular cancer. He has received exceptional clinical care from the entire team and our multiple encounters with the IR department have been outstanding.

Felicia Nieto went above and beyond providing excellent care to brighten a patient's day and make a dream come true. She noticed that my father was wearing a Dallas Cowboys t-shirt at one of his appointments and she asked him if he had ever been to a game. He told her that he had not and they went on to chat about other things. Several days later, on her own time, she called me to ask if I would mind her putting his name in for special consideration with a local business to see if they would pay for my dad to attend a game. As a result of her efforts, Admiral Beverage has now offered to sponsor him for an all-expenses paid trip to see his beloved Cowboys. Congratulations on having such kind and exemplary caregivers in your department.
