Cynthia is always willing to help out in any way she can, going the extra mile to continue to make patients comfortable and happy. Even with our most challenging patients, she always finds a way to meet their needs.

Cynthia goes out of her way to be a team player on our floor. She's always willing to assist with admissions, protocols, patient care - you name it and she's there. She is a true resource for all of the newer graduates and also some of our veterans as well with her 38 years of experience. She always lends a hand in teaching others. Many patients I have taken care of have raved about the exemplary care Cynthia gave!

Cynthia is the backbone of the Neuroscience/PCU night crew. She's always around for educating on topics nurses are unfamiliar with. She's always willing to pick up when we are busy on the floor. She is an awesome role model and one of the most humble people I know. I feel privileged to be able to work side by side with her.
