Deborah is recognized for her awesome attitude, excellent communication skills and overall pride in the work she does. She is one that is identified as always going above and beyond.

In the PACU, we have days that can be very busy with high stress, or very calm. No matter the day, Deborah is always the calmest one on the unit. She is an excellent clinician and is a wonderful caregiver to all patients. She has a gentle touch and a soft, calming voice. She gives excellent patient care and remembers to include families in her care as well. Deborah is an excellent resource for the PACU and takes charge of the room and sets the tone for the procedure. Well respected by her peers as well as physicians, she is a role model.
