Lisa helped develop a program to send thank you notes to our patients. This is just one of the many examples of how she goes above and beyond her job requirements. She is compassionate and she wants every patient to feel special even after they are discharged. We have coined the phrase, "What would Lisa Jones do (WWLJD)".

A patient was craving a lava cake, which we did not have at the hospital. Lisa went above and beyond to make the lava cake for the patient. The patient was incredibly thankful.
