Niki greeted me with a smile and no matter how busy she was she always had a smile on her face. When having difficulty getting a pain med order from my physician, Niki pursued the physician until he provided pain med to relieve my discomfort. Niki cared for me as a person. I was in the hospital 10 days and knowing she was here was a great comfort to me.
