... my daughter was having an emergency in NICU, Kim was amazing, and she wasn't even my daughter's nurse that day, but if I hadn't known better I would have thought she was. She was like a superhero; she was everywhere at once! She was able to take care of the baby she was assigned to and still be aware of what was going on with my daughter. She stepped in several times to help; it was almost as if she knew what was needed before it happened. It was great to see how much Kim cared and how invested she was in her work. We always feel more comfortable when we know Kim is there, even if she isn't caring for our daughter. It is experiences like this that have helped us through this difficult time. Thank God for Kim and the great nursing staff who have taken care of our baby!

Kim is a great nurse and we feel like she gives great care to our daughter in NICU, but what impressed us the most was that she asked how we were doing. She was the first person at Irvine to ask us how we were handling things and dealing with the situation. It is nice to know that not only is Kim taking care of our daughter, but she is also concerned for our family as a whole. Thank you Kim!
