Sydney is often found holding the hand of her patients to make them feel comfortable and cared for. I thank Sydney for seeing patients' pain and the relief she brings them and not the number of medication trips. I thank her for treating them with dignity and respect. I thank her for her composure and calmness when their O2 stats are dropping and they are still full code and for her care for them when they are scared.
