Lauren Lipani was amazing from the moment we met her. Our 6-week-old was admitted for a brain bleed followed with 2 surgeries in 1 day. She kept us updated and informed the entire time. She answered all our questions no matter how many or stupid they may have been. This whole experience was extremely scary. She made it much more manageable. I don't think we would have remained calm if it was not for Lauren. It is nice to know she treated our baby as if it was her own. She also took care of us and made sure we were taken care of. This hospital is outstanding, and she plays a huge part in how amazing the unit was. Her compassion and her drive will forever be remembered. she played a huge part in saving my son's life.
