Tammy performs very well when things get chaotic. I have had to spend many nights at the hospital as a cancer patient and I have had the opportunity to observe a lot.

Tammy has the ability and calm demeanor that the job requires. I have seen her start a shift where only minutes before, everyone was running around going crazy. She restored order and had every issue identified and in a very short time, the whole floor was transformed. She commands a lot of respect from others, and I am sure people love working with her. She does it all with a smile on her face! I cannot commend her enough!
