Our mom was here two weeks ago and was released to Newton Village and when she got back they only had discharge papers and meds. They wanted to know what had been done in the hospital. We tried to get the records, but never got them. Mom was back in the hospital again and we told her nurse, Pamela about it and she asked what floor and room she was in. She then explained they should have sent a packet back to Newton Village with my mom. I thought that would be the end, but Pamela started doing research and found out it was true, they did not get a packet when she was discharged the last time. Pamela came back in and said she verified with Newton Village and now she was going to check and see why things didn't get done. Pamela was looking to see if there was a staffing problem or what. She has been so kind and helpful to our mom. She has made our whole family feel special. Even when things didn't look good, no one, not even Pamela gave up on her. We are very grateful for the care she received this time. Pamela is great!
