I recently went in for a procedure and Barb was my nurse. She was very professional, kind, and compassionate. To try to ease my nervousness, I began asking her a little about herself. It gave me great comfort to know that she has been at Henry Ford Allegiance for 30 years. It also gave me even more confidence, not only in her but also in Henry Ford Allegiance, when she shared that her son was a doctor and several other family members are in health care.
It eased my nerves tremendously to see that she enjoys her profession and has passed that passion onto her children. Barb turned a situation that I was dreading into a truly enjoyable event!
