Sarah Jane, I just want to thank you for taking such sweet care of my Ma. She's sharp, so she can spot in an instant those who are genuine and those who are not. Ma fell the day after we left, so we have been back in the hospital since Friday late night. She's going downhill, but in her lucid conscious moments she has things to say and you are often a topic. So from Ma:
That Sarah Jane is a sweet sweet girl.
They are lucky to have her here. They might not know that, but I'll tell them straight off they are.
She gave me those yellow socks (she's still wearing them) and they are probably the best gift I ever got.
That girl has personality and not everyone has that.
So, you might have only known her 2 days, but you made a mark on this little lady's life. You have a heart and graciousness for what you do because that is what the Lord has gifted you. I pray He blesses you for it! Again, thank you for your kindness and compassion.
PS: Ma's in Ortho and was very disappointed to not be on your floor!
