I went in for an operation that did not go as planned. During this time I met many great nurses but one stood out from the rest, Troy. He knew how to help me forget that an IV pump was the only thing keeping my heart going properly and that I had no clue when I would be able to go home to my kids again. His kind heart and his humorous soul got me through. I've been very blessed to have him as my nurse not only because he knew what to do in an emergency, but because he cares about his patients on a deeper level than just a job and he made me feel at home while he did it. Thanks to his playful soul and quick thinking, I'm happily home with my kids looking back with joy and laughter about all my experiences there.
