I get anxiety attacks and one day I had a really bad one and I called Pam at the clinic. She knows me and my case and was able to calm me down by talking to me like a friend would. She helped me through this bad time by getting me to talk out what was causing the attack and breathe with me like a coach. She spent 30 to 40 mins with me and never rushed or put me off. She is a lifeline to me and I'll always thank God for her and her kind and caring ways.
