James is absolutely the most caring person. On my first day of being in a wheelchair, James took me outside to the garden to get fresh air. James is always smiling. He is very awesome! James is also very personable. He is easy to get along with and very trustworthy.

James was so very kind and welcoming in what was a very stressful situation. He explained everything thoroughly and always was more than happy to explain things and answer any questions. He was very professional but more than that he was a kind and caring professional. He honestly treated me with the greatest respect. I needed assistance to go to the restroom and he was so kind each and every time. From the most serious medical assistance to assisting with every little detail, I felt like I was being cared for by family by the way I was treated.

When I first met James, I was in horrendous pain that could not get under control. I was all over the bed with a migraine and abdominal pain turning myself into a human pretzel to help alleviate the pain. James jumped into action. He called doctors and truly stayed on top of them to try to get me relief. He tended to all of my needs and stayed calm and professional through my pain tantrum. He stayed one step ahead and made me feel like I was the most important person he needed to help. He is a brilliant young man who is an asset to this hospital. Hang on to him. He is a keeper. He was my nurse 3 nights in a row and took such great care of my every need. I've been coming in as a regular patient or I should say "frequently" and across the board, he has been the BEST nurse I've encountered here at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands. James Greaves has excellent bedside manner is EXTREMELY efficient and effective in caring.

James is new to this unit, but it is obvious to me that you made a good choice in hiring him. He is kind, knowledgeable, and skilled, I have loved having him care not only for my husband but for me. I felt safe with him and felt my husband was safe with him. I will always be grateful he was one of our nurses. James continues to check on us even though he isn't our nurse. That shows a level of compassion and commitment that is above and beyond.
