Rhonda was nominated by one of her peers, a PCT that works side by side with her every weekend. The PCT is in nursing school and wishes to be just like Rhonda when she becomes a nurse. She mentioned how Rhonda goes above and beyond for her patients every shift, how compassionate she is, and how she places everyone else's needs before hers.
