Jennifer is a kind and compassionate nurse. She started out as a nurse on the 3rd floor and has grown and blossomed into an excellent nurse and charge nurse. She is motivated and caring. She takes excellent care of her patients. She is always on top of critically ill patients and detailed in her nursing care. Jennifer is an outstanding role model for new and established nurses, such as myself. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and If I had to choose anyone to be my nurse it would be Jennifer Fogelson. I would feel safe knowing that if anything was off, Jennifer would catch it. When I watch Jennifer interact with patients, she is always professional, kind, and caring. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty and even if she is swamped with her patient care, she always takes the time to stop and help the other members of her team with call lights and patient care.
