Paula is an excellent and reliable nurse! She is always willing to help out and goes above and beyond her means so that she can provide the best patient care. She makes sure that the clinic is running smoothly. She has the clinicresponsibility of making sure that we have a good clinical floor.
When the other staff members are having difficulty with certain clinic orders that we give, she steps in and helps out most especially when we are running behind. She doesn't hesitate to do her tasks and even if she is busy with another administration task; if there is a need to help a patient, she would do it. She is very humble and down to earth which makes her one of the best nurses I have worked with.
