Alexis has been an absolute joy, and I am incredibly thankful to have had her caring for my daughter. Alexis is friendly and sincere and always made my daughter feel like she truly cares. Her bedside manner has been top-notch too - not just to us, but to our visitors as well. She has helped calm my daughter down by sharing stories and jokes. Alexis also supported my daughter and offered encouragement through emotional moments. She even took extra care to put beautiful braids in my daughter's hair, which meant a lot to her. I truly felt like Alexis was a friend that my daughter needed while coming to terms with her accident. Although all the staff has been great, the connection was made instantly with Alexis. We as a family would love for her to be recognized for her devotion to her job, but also for the human blessing touch she provided during this traumatic event.
