Ariana goes above and beyond for her patients in a way have I ever seen before. I am a nurse myself, and I still was blown away with how pleasant, energetic, and loving she was. She comes into a room in the morning and you can see the excitement on the patient's and/or patient's family members' faces to have her as the nurse for the day. Not only is she caring towards her patients, but also her coworkers. She would be in the middle of a task and a coworker would ask her for help, or to simply sit with their patient so they could run to the restroom and she was pleasant and helping. She goes above and beyond to teach the students that she has with her. She goes the extra mile with her patients to educate and advocate and went well out of her way to ensure every single one of the patients had everything they wanted. She is graceful, she is caring, she is selfless, and you do not see many nurses that have these qualities not only in but also out of the patient's room.
Without a shadow of a doubt, she is the absolute best nurse I have ever come in contact with. She touches everyone's life when they come into contact with her. She is certainly a DAISY Nurse. She is the absolute best role model and a great representation of not only Arkansas Children's Hospital but nurses in general. I am grateful to have come in contact with Ariana, and I know everyone else that is blessed with her presence feels the same way.
