Last Wednesday without a doubt was the hardest day of my life. Thoughts of hopelessness, unworthy and hurt raced in my head-telling me to end my life!
I sat in the "holding unit" for 10 hours waiting on a bed. Finally, a nurse told me there is 1 bed available at Retreat Hospital. Do you want it? Once I arrived at Retreat, I instantly felt a sense of caring and help!
The staff here has been truly a blessing in my recovery to a new and better me!! They care so much for their patients, it shows everywhere. Special note to Courtney for sitting down with me and talking about "life". She truly lifted me up.
