If you ever find yourself in the hospital repeatedly for one reason or another, you are bound to go through a sea full of RNs, techs, custodians, and food service staff. I always find myself looking for happy, compassionate, empathetic and hardworking nurses who aren't afraid to advocate for me. I was instantly impressed by the work ethic of Safaa. I had a few extremely rough days and Safaa didn't hesitate to call doctors and fight to remedy this situation. She laughed with me and cried with me through very hard pain. Her smile was comforting, and her compassion was priceless. Safaa's love of nursing resonated throughout her hard work. She is an inspiration to all her patients and peers.
