So many times, we have patients that are very sick or recovering. As a PCT, I have seen many families that cannot figure out how to take care of their loved ones. Thankfully, Leslie has been the nurse handling the case management side of the patient's recovery. Leslie has greeted the families with the ability and knowledge to help them make the right decision for Rehab, Nursing Home Placement, etc. She is able to work and network with a variety of choices so that the families might choose the best.
Leslie is smart, friendly and has the endurance to allow families to have peace of mind. She is professional and it is evident that the families trust her to lead and guide them in a process that may be to most, a confusing time.
