Mandy was on duty for two nights towards the end of my stay. She was especially very professional, polite, personable and friendly. She followed me on my concerns - i.e. fresh ice water or diet 7-up, go for a walk, or pillow adjustment. She did such a great job. If I asked Mandy for something, even if she was busy, she would always find somebody to help me out. Never failed! Thanks for the great service!
