JoAnn pays close attention to the needs of her patients. She goes above and beyond. She made me feel as though she cares not just when she was on duty but I felt as though she would leave her shift and worry about whether I was going to be okay or not. I was inspired by her to change my life around and change my lifestyle. She is a very caring person. I needed that at the exact time she was put in my life. I believe she was my nurse at the time I came here because God made sure she said what I needed to hear.
