Olga always presents herself with a positive and caring disposition. She is very professional in her approach with those with whom she comes in contact. Over the time that I have been a patient at FRMC, Olga has provided outstanding nursing care on my behalf. She continuously demonstrated a caring attitude and a "can-do spirit."

She is cheerful, she can make you feel good just by talking to you. She is very energetic and stops into the patient's room frequently to see if anything is needed. She is very competent and does her job in a professional manner. She seems to love what she does. My husband waited all day for a procedure without any food and very little to drink. She took charge and somehow managed him a hot meal well past dinner time and even had a snack for me. I had been with him all day and probably looked hungry too! She is professional, competent, cheerful, compassionate, and all in all just a good nurse.

Olga smiles and talks kindly to the patient, even when the patient is difficult and has a hard time comprehending things. She is also willing to spend a moment with the patient and the family member to explain things clearly. Olga stood out as exceptional.
