The patient was in labor for 35 hours. She said that "Madison was a huge help and blessing" in helping her cope with everything. Madison answered all of the questions the patient had and explained the risks and benefits of a c-section. Madison also made sure the baby was brought to her new mom as soon as possible so mom and baby could have "skin-to-skin contact as soon as possible". Madison helped to relieve the new mom's fear and anxiety. In the patient's own words, "I couldn't be more thankful for the amazing care and support she provided and hope to see her again if I ever have another child. Thank you, Madison."
