From the first time Nadia came into our lives, she made us feel like family. Nadia knew we were a long way from home and personally did everything she could to help lighten our stress and anxiety. When we were very condescending about having a pacemaker surgery she explained it over and over again to make us feel comfortable with our decision. Nadia was so patient and never too busy to help us. She made our stay here more pleasant and with her cheery disposition lifted our heart. Nadia went above and beyond her line of duty and definitely is a DAISY Nurse. Nadia is a credit to your hospital. She also works well with the other staff members and is respected.
