My husband was placed in-patient recently and this was the first time he was ever in the hospital in over 15 years. He is hard of hearing. Mat made my husband feel relaxed, not pushing him, took his time with him. He answered his questions thoroughly and detailed but did not rush through them. He made the experience smooth for everyone.
