Barb consistently honors what our core values are here at MercyOne. She gives personalized care to our patients as she buys various sizes of clothing for our department for those in need. She buys toys, crayons, and bears for our pediatric patients. She makes sure every patient is comfortable before she leaves the room. She consistently is honoring "be one" by strengthening our department when there are call-ins, coming in on her days off to better serve our patients. She is someone other nurses go to for education and knowledge. I feel she should be recognized for all her hard work and dedication to the patients we serve at MercyOne.
