I would like to start by saying of all the healthcare or nursing staff I have come into contact with in my 34 years of life, I have never met someone that was such a perfect nurse. Kaitlyn, in my opinion, was born to be a nurse. She is without a doubt so happy in her position and it really showed in her care for our daughter and me.
If it weren't for Kaitlyn's expert care, I can honestly say I don't think I would have gotten through this ordeal as well as I did. She, in our opinion, was an angel sent to us to help in our greatest time of need. I cannot vouch for her expertise and skill enough. She was knowledgeable in every area we had questions about. She was so calm and caring even in the most stressful situations. She communicated with us extremely well and answered questions before we had a chance to ask.
My daughter was very stressed and scared most of the time anyone entered our room, but when Kaitlyn came in our daughter was relaxed or at ease. That speaks volumes to us, and we could not be more grateful to her for everything. If I could repay her in any way, I would just like to say Kaitlyn is the most extraordinary and amazing nurse we have ever had an interaction with. We wish her the best of luck and we are forever grateful.
