Lauren was helpful both before and after surgery to help my husband to the restroom as he was unable to walk on his right foot both times, too! She was so kind to come to get me to talk with my husband's doctor and surgeon and offer to help me carry the bag I had with me, too. She had to contact the doctor again as my husband's foot was bleeding through bandages and then took care of it following instructions. She was happy to do it. She obviously enjoys doing a great job for her patients! She made sure we understood the discharge paperwork as she explained it to us and provided us a copy. She went ahead to take my husband to the car when I was loading/unloading - even asking me again that I had the two prescriptions with me as we were stopping at a Springfield pharmacy on the way back to our home in another city. It was already at 7:15 pm and our pharmacy closed at 6:00 pm. Very professional RN and cares about her patients.
