Ms. Faraj cared for me during my stay and was outstanding. She constantly treated me and, more importantly, my wife with outstanding customer service and explaining in detail every procedure with precise explanations. She was extremely courteous and caring toward both of us. Her knowledge, skills, and abilities within her trade were just so special to watch. I have been around a long time and to see an individual that excels and honestly cares about her patients and family members is just wonderful. She has a knack to comfort and make you feel at ease when you ask questions concerning anything from medications to actual fear of my upcoming specific procedure. Kaiser Permanente should be proud to have staff members so qualified, skilled and more importantly so caring towards patients and family members. I hope her talents are recognized and rewarded for her outstanding qualities and being customer-focused. Her bubbly attitude and again caring personality are one that everyone in any customer related position should strive for. By the way, this was my first visit to the Moreno Valley Kaiser Permanente and my goal is to switch from another location due to her and other staff members and their outstanding care.
