I want to take a moment to recognize and thank Keren for being a true team player during what has been so many difficult nights lately. She is constantly looking to lighten the workloads of her teammates, and tonight was no exception. Keren went out of her way to help me with giving meds, drawing labs and charting, all while taking care of her own 4L patients.
Then, around 0400 when she had moved her own patients off the unit, she came over to the triage side to share the work with me, giving me a meal break and helping me make sense of things. She could have stayed in her assigned area, but out of her own kind heart, she came to help me. Keren, you do things like this all the time and I want you to be recognized for it. Not only are you kind, caring, and compassionate to your patients, but you give the same dignity to your team. Thank you!
