I met Ezra when I was transferred from ED to 4th telemetry unit. It was a very stressful time for me due to the multiple procedures I was receiving, some for the first time. She explained the procedures to me and eased my worries. She was exceptionally kind, compassionate and gentle. Ezra went out of her way to make me comfortable through the night. She looked after me all night as I was being prepared for early morning procedures. She was very soothing and calming when I really needed the assistance. I appreciate her patience and concern very much.
