My wife and I returned from a wonderful vacation, she was having stomach pains, and it turned out that she had a dilated appendix and needed surgery. Monina made our stay here extremely pleasant and easy, making this very scary situation bearable. She not only took the time to make my wife comfortable but took the time to make me comfortable knowing my wife was in good hands when I went home.
