The daughter of a patient called to nominate Brad on behalf of her father that had come into the ED in very critical condition. She said that Brad was absolutely amazing. He was very calm and professional. He kept the family updated and explained everything that was going on. He did so in a way that made them feel very confident in the care he was receiving. She said that they have been at GCGH several times and always received great care. The way Brad treated them was above and beyond. She said that she did not even know that this level of care and caring was possible.
