I would like to tell you thank you for all that you and your staff did for us while our son M was there. When you first told me that your staff was like a family and how each person who was a patient became like your family, I did not fully understand that until we came there with our son. All of your staff went out of their way to make M and us comfortable. The kindness that each person we came in contact with was so amazing.
I would like to point out that one of your nurses went over and above the call of her job. Laura Haddock is not only an excellent nurse but a great woman with love in her heart. Laura cared for M like he was her own son. She made sure he was happy and comfortable and that we were also well cared for. There are so many little things she did, too many to list, but they did not go unnoticed. She held me when I cried and held me up when I did not think I could stand. Laura came the morning M left this Earth to be with the lord and stayed with my family until the end. I would like to see her help with every patient that comes to your facility. She will make every person feel safe and loved as your staff cares for them throughout their stay.
