Kelsey was such a comforting presence for our family when our mother was in the ICU. Not only did she provide extremely competent nursing care, but she also provided an element that cannot be taught, human compassion and concern. Kelsey went beyond the call of duty to make sure our mother was comfortable and that we were comfortable with the care she was receiving. It was if a family member was caring for our mother.
Despite her young age, Kelsey is wise and competent beyond her age. She knows how to interact in a special way with other people. In fact, when Kelsey was assigned to another patient, she still made the time to come by our mother's room to check in on all of us and offer a hug. Kelsey, no doubt, has touched hundreds of people in beautiful ways in her short time on this earth. She is a true treasure for the Billings Clinic ICU, and we wish her the very best in life. It is rare to find a gem like Kelsey!
