Janine made me so comfortable even in pain. She was caring and gentle with genuine concern. You can tell her demeanor with me was genuine. Also, she was quick and attentive. My short visit for something bad was remarkably pleasant. It is difficult to come to the hospital during a difficult and painful time and feel like your nurse and doctor are heartfelt. She showed me respect and honesty by being herself. There was nothing fake about the care from Janine. I believe this makes her an extraordinary nurse. Thank you.
