Kelly helped me with a patient who was unstable and went into v-fib and v-tach. She not only stayed in the patient room with me the whole time but also made sure that my other patients were being taken care of. She is a great team player and worked as a great RN for the safety of the patients and provided excellent care. Due to the teamwork and extraordinary work of Kelly, we stabilized the patient at the bedside and the patient was not transferred to the ICU.
