Lynn came down from the Cath Lab and I immediately fell in love with her. She introduced herself to my son, hugged me, and sat back and watched and was just a calming presence unless she was needed. She answered my son's questions with expertise, appreciating his background as a Biomed engineering student at SLU, but making sure he had his questions answered. She appreciated his sense of humor and safely, respectfully challenged him with humor of her own. It was awesome. She was like the healing Angel Raphael sent directly from God to minister to my son. And, she came back to check on him yesterday afternoon and again this morning, which he Loved! She truly embraces the SSM Mission of delivering exceptional health care services.
