Francis Oswald, one word I say about him is awesome! My husband had him all three days for his day nurse, this man is truly one of a kind. He was always upbeat and listened to everything my husband said. He made sure that he was comfortable and took the time to go over all medication he was given. He made sure I was okay and if I needed anything. Francis is one of a kind and he truly seems to enjoy his job. He has a great demeanor and is wonderful with people. By the time we left he felt like one of our sons.

Francis Oswald exhibits every 5 star quality of care that all nurses should have. The most impressive quality that he has is his commitment to patient care. The manner in which Francis treated me, actually made me forget that I was in the hospital. I felt as if I had a friend taking care of me, not a nurse. It is very difficult for me being in the hospital. I can honestly say that the difficulty I was experiencing was eased 100% after being cared for by Francis. He truly is to me what all nurses should be.
