I came in with very scary symptoms. I didn't know what was going to happen. I found myself scared and crying. Renee came in and was talking with me. Our conversation helped me immensely. She was very supportive and reassuring. She said, "whatever you're going through we will get through it together." She made sure I had warm blankets and ice chips. She really tried to keep my pain under control. She also paid extreme attention to detail. She let me know what was going on every step of the way. I believe she was my angel that God sent to me that day. I told her I know you are busy, and she said, "I am not too busy for you. You are my priority." I felt quite pampered. If every nurse was like Renee what a wonderful place this would be.
